Dholera Smart City: Phase-I will develop multiple residential townships spread across 500 acres of land in Dholera SIR. Minimum size of each phase will be 10 acres.
Each residential township will have a mix of Residential Plots, Bungalows and Villas. Each residential township will have best in the class infrastructure with wide roads, Club, Gymnasium, and Swimming Pool. The townships will be designed by the renowned Architects from Singapore and India.
All the Townships will be approved by the Authority of Dholera SIR and the townships will be developed on NA land and will meet all the compliance criteria needed for a legitimate township.
The residential plot, bungalows and Villas in Dholera Smart City: Phase-I projects will be developed in well selected, excellent and strategic locations of Dholera. These residential plots, Bungalows and Villas will be good for investments, and for residential living.
